Internet Performance Issue Between East and West Malaysia

We have noticed that all IPs from East Malaysia is having a high ping when pinging West Malaysia and TM DNS. The average ping time captured is around 250 ms. This will affect the gaming performance which involve East and West Malaysia players. We are currently clarifying the problem with ISP and the respond will be updated here soon.
